We exist to provide love and support to people who are struggling with life’s challenges. At one time or another we all need the help of others to see our way through difficult times.

The CARE team serves our church family by connecting with people through phone calls or visits, and by meeting the emotional and spiritual needs of individuals confined to home, residential care facilities or nursing homes.

The CARE team member visits at least once a month. They also will offer communion using consecrated wine or juice.
